Believe it or not, I actually thought that haircut was cool. The year was 1991, and I was ready to start working at my brother’s HVAC business. Back then, he owned AllTemp, and Dave and I were just learning the ropes.
Hairstyles may change (thankfully), but the fundamentals never do: hard work, honesty, and making sure our customers are always comfortable. That’s been at the heart of AllTemp since day one.

That’s why we use a simple, transparent pricing structure for repairs and clear installation pricing with no hidden fees. Most HVAC repairs fall within Level One or Level Two, and you will always know the price before work begins. Maintenance Plan Members receive 10% off all repairs.

• Contactors

• Limit switches

• Clearing drain lines
*Drain line clearing is considered maintenance and carries no labor warranty, even for PMA members.
Level Two Mechanical Repair

Includes common mechanical component replacements such as:
• Blower motors
• Standard condenser fan motors
• Condensate pumps
• Draft inducer motors
• Flue pipe repairs

Level Three Advanced Repair

Repairs Beyond Level Three
Some repairs require custom pricing due to complexity.

Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA)
Regular maintenance keeps your HVAC system running efficiently, prevents unexpected breakdowns, and extends equipment life. Members receive priority scheduling and 10% off all repairs, along with our Lifetime Labor Warranty on system installations.
Annual Membership Pricing
• 1 System – $250 per year
• Each Additional System – Add $150 per system
